This package is compatible with all Panasonic heat pump models from 2015 onwards.
Good to know: Upon purchasing the Aquarea+ Premium package, you’ll initially be enrolled in Aquarea+ Smart. A Panasonic technician will assess your installation to confirm it meets the technical requirements for Premium. If approved, your subscription will be upgraded automatically. If not, you’ll continue enjoying the full benefits of the Smart package and be charged accordingly until approval is granted.

If you have an Aquarea heat pump system, you can subscribe to Aquarea Service+. To take full advantage of all the benefits of the Aquarea Service+ Smart and Premium packages, you must have an air-to-water unit connected to the Panasonic Aquarea Service Cloud via an active internet connection. This requires a Panasonic CZ-TAW1B Wi-Fi adapter to be installed. If you don’t already have the adapter, you can purchase it when ordering Service+ for 195€, including installation.
If you order a Premium subscription, you will first receive a Smart subscription until a service technician has performed an inspection and verified that your installation meets the technical requirements. More information about the terms can be found here.
Your Comfort Cloud account allows service technicians to remotely monitor the operation and status of your heat pump. This service is included in your Aquarea Service+ package. You can download Comfort Cloud to your smartphone.
The Aquarea Service+ packages offer many benefits and cater to different needs. Here you can view and compare what’s included in each package.
You will receive a welcome email with more information about your subscription. Panasonic support will also contact you by phone to register the model and serial number of your heat pump. This information is required for us to provide our services. For Premium and Smart subscriptions, a service technician will schedule a visit within ten working days to verify and inspect the installation.
We monitor the operation of the heat pump by checking various values. We collect 24-hour statistics daily, which allows us to detect if something isn’t working properly.
If any irregularities are detected, Panasonic can often view and resolve most issues remotely. If an on-site visit is necessary, a Panasonic service technician will contact you.
If you notice a fault yourself, you should contact your dedicated phone support line. The phone number can be found in your welcome email.
As a Service+ subscriber, you receive prioritized phone support. Both the Premium and Smart subscriptions include prioritized support.
The initial subscription period is 12 months. You can cancel your subscription no earlier than one month before the end of this initial period. After the first 12 months, there is a 3-month notice period if you choose to cancel.
Your subscription starts immediately upon order confirmation.

We will endeavor to complete the verification visit within the 4 weeks following the 14 day cancellation period.
No, a Panasonic service technician will reach out to you to arrange a suitable time for the visit within four to six weeks after order confirmation.
